Refund Policy

Items can be returned with in 30 days of receipt.  To be eligible for a return, the item much  e in it original condition, unworn, and all tags attached.  Please note that customized or personalized items are not eligible for returns unless there is a defect or error in production.​

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sasquatchsurfco@gmail.com.  We will Provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back.

Return Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is die to a manufacturing error or defective product.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or design, please follow the return process and place a new order of the desired item.
